eBIT concentrates its ERP & BI consulting activities exclusively to management advisory - we focus on business processes, with the emphasis on their audit or project management.
We target our services to two different Client groups: we assist Dynamics solutions providers making their work more efficient and profitable and we help end user companies to increase the ROI of their investments and projects.

We were involved in the AX 4.0 rollout from an early beta stage and gained invaluable regional experience well before the commercial launch of the product. Although eBIT has vast international experience with the upper-tier solutions of the ERP market we focus our ERP&BI service offering on Dynamics products. We employ the only Dynamics AX expert in Central- and Eastern Europe who won an MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) award each consecutive year from 2008.

We understand your business processes (e.g. marketing, accounting, sales, logistics, production, etc.) and we are familiar with your ERP system’s capabilities and limits. eBIT provides value-added management advisory services for each phase of the complete lifecycle of your Dynamics solution - from preparing feasibility studies till the management of upgrade projects.

eBIT helps you in system selection or project management. In case of previously implemented systems we assess your business processes and recommend the necessary changes or alterations during audit or due diligence engagements.

We have developed a custom methodology for auditing Dynamics systems. Our Audit Quick Service maps the high-level risk exposure of your implementation and provides you with solutions in a couple of days, while our full scope audit service goes deeply into compliance issues. Based on your needs eBIT will help you with designing new processes or customizing your systems to support your business.
